OCEAN WAVE Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the OCEAN WAVE platform, website, mobile applications, virtual cards, physical cards, payment services, and related products (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing, registering for, or using any OCEAN WAVE Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
- Not be located in, or a resident of, any prohibited or sanctioned jurisdiction;
- Successfully complete any required identity verification (KYC/KYB) procedures.
OCEAN WAVE reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.
3. Account Registration
Users may be required to create an account to access certain Services.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information;
- Keep your account information updated;
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials;
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
4. Identity Verification (KYC/KYB)
OCEAN WAVE may require identity verification for regulatory compliance purposes.
Verification requirements may include:
- Government-issued identification;
- Proof of address;
- Selfie verification;
- Corporate registration documents;
- Beneficial ownership information.
Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or termination of Services.
5. Card Services
OCEAN WAVE may provide:
- Virtual Cards;
- Physical Cards;
- Prepaid Cards;
Card availability depends on applicable issuer, jurisdiction, and regulatory requirements.
Card products may be subject to spending limits, funding limits, withdrawal limits, and transaction restrictions.
6. Funding and Transactions
Users may fund their accounts through approved funding methods.
You acknowledge that:
- Transaction authorization does not guarantee final settlement;
- Reversals, chargebacks, and refunds may occur;
- Currency conversion rates may apply;
- Third-party fees may apply.
OCEAN WAVE is not responsible for delays caused by payment networks, banks, blockchain networks, or external service providers.
7. Fees
Applicable fees may include:
- Card issuance fees;
- Foreign exchange fees;
- Cross-border transaction fees;
- ATM withdrawal fees;
- Chargeback handling fees;
- Replacement card fees.
Current fees are displayed on the OCEAN WAVE website or applicable service agreement.
Fees may be updated from time to time without prior notice where permitted by law.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services for:
- Money laundering;
- Terrorist financing;
- Fraudulent activities;
- Illegal gambling;
- Sanctioned transactions;
- Unauthorized financial services;
- Intellectual property infringement;
- Any activity prohibited by applicable law.
OCEAN WAVE reserves the right to block, reject, reverse, suspend, or report any suspicious activity.
9. Card Suspension and Termination
OCEAN WAVE may suspend, restrict, or terminate Services if:
- Required by law;
- Required by a card network;
- Required by the issuing institution;
- Fraud or suspicious activity is detected;
- Terms are violated.
Funds may be temporarily withheld pending investigation.
10. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refund processing times depend on merchants, acquiring banks, card networks, and issuing institutions.
Refunds may take up to 30 business days to be reflected.
Chargeback requests must be submitted together with supporting documentation.
OCEAN WAVE does not guarantee successful recovery of disputed transactions.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property related to OCEAN WAVE remain the exclusive property of OCEAN WAVE or its licensors.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated herein.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCEAN WAVE shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages;
- Consequential damages;
- Loss of profits;
- Loss of business opportunities;
- Service interruptions caused by third parties;
- Network outages;
- Regulatory actions.
Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user during the preceding twelve (12) months.
13. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
OCEAN WAVE complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), sanctions screening, and regulatory requirements.
Users agree to cooperate with any compliance review, investigation, or request for additional information.
14. Privacy
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the OCEAN WAVE Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you consent to such processing.
15. Amendments
OCEAN WAVE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be published on the website and become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of the issuing institution and service provider.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of such jurisdiction.
